Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email and receive tracking information. You will generally receive your order within 3-4 business days after it has been shipped. We currently only ship in the US.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier issues – lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you have any issues with your order once you have received notice of shipment, please contact the carrier first as they will be able to better assist.
If any packages are undeliverable or returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
