shipping

orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email and receive tracking information. you will generally receive your order within 3-4 business days after it has been shipped. we currently only ship in the US. 

we are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier issues – lost, stolen or undelivered packages. if you have any issues with your order once you have received notice of shipment, please contact the carrier first as they will be able to better assist.

if any packages are undeliverable or returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

 

returns

we are extremely grateful for your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. if for any reason you do not love your purchase, please return the item in its original condition within 30 days of your original purchase date for a full refund in the original form of payment. If you are making a return after the 30 day window, the original amount paid will be returned to you on a gift card. you will be responsible for return shipping charges or you may return in store at our downtown overland park location at no charge. 


original shipping charges are non-refundable. merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of pet hair) with original tags attached. we reserve the right to refuse any returns not received within the 30 day return timeframe or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. 


if you would like to exchange an item, place a new online order to ensure the item you want is in stock and complete the return of your original order.  your new order will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days and your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s).
all jewelry, sunglasses, hosiery, accessories, gift merchandise and clearance items are FINAL SALE
